They might actually like it, if you give them opportunity.

Some days I think it’s impossible to get my youngest to eat what we’ve made for dinner (or breakfast and lunch) if it’s not one of his limited favorites at the moment.  He said he was NOT going to eat the linguine with white clam sauce my husband made and told us that he doesn’t like clams and won’t eat them ever.  Says he doesn’t like clams

Luckily we don’t always take what he says to be gospel.  

We put it in front of him and without hesitating he dug in.  As you can see he ate it all with gusto.

Sometimes you need to give it to them and see if they’ll actually eat it, don’t just assume they won’t.
