Not the best photo, but this is my favorite banana sticky toffee pudding that I adjusted for summer cooking.  Why bake with a hot oven when you can use a microwave instead?  Just a few minutes at 50% power covered with buttered parchment paper.

Put toffee sauce in bottom and once ready, turn over and top with a little more if necessary and whipped cream and/or vanilla ice cream.
