Great use for left over chicken
Made mushroom leek ravioli last night. Since I had guests coming and not sure if they’d eat mushrooms I also made chicken ravioli. I just picked off the left over chicken from drumsticks we’d cooked 2 nights before. I’m reposting this. It’s a popular recipe that I’ve given away. If you look on most “kids menus” you will find chicken nuggets because it seems that most kids will eat them.
I believe in serving my children good food with occasional treats. The meals don’t need to be gourmet but they do need to be healthful.
